La physiothérapie est une discipline du domaine de la santé qui intervient au niveau de l'évaluation, du rétablissement et du maintien de la fonction physique. Spécialisée dans les domaines du sport et de la forme physique, elle aide les individus qui ont des problèmes affectant le système musculo-squelettique à retrouver un niveau fonctionnel.
Nos physiothérapeutes utilisent différentes techniques pour vous traiter, notamment : la thérapie manuelle, la thérapie sportive, la progression par les exercices, l’approche McKenzie, l’électrothérapie et la technique d'activation musculaire (MAT).
Nos patients peuvent s'attendre à améliorer leur équilibre, leur endurance, leur force et leur coordination, des aspects qui les aideront à demeurer actifs dans leur vie quotidienne.
Catherine obtained her master’s degree in physiotherapy in 2015 from McGill University. She is a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ).
After he studies were finished, she wanted to perfect her knowledge of the human body and bring holistic approaches to her physiotherapy treatments by following studies in osteopathy, which she did for about 4 years. She also deepens her treatment techniques by taking manual therapy classes.
Thirsty for knowledge and wishing to further broaden her skills, she also acquired several skills such as treatment of jaw disorders, diastasis in women, walking in children, and much more! She will therefore be able to take care of you from head to toe, regardless of your age.
Catherine is also a jack of all trades in the world of sports. Whether it be triathlon, yoga, or flag football, Catherine enjoys learning new sports techniques. She therefore has several arrows in her quiver to help you with your sports injuries, whether you are an amateur or not.
Catherine will be happy to listen to you and seek to understand your pain to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible.

Marianne received her master's degree in Physiotherapy from Laval University in 2012. After working at the Action Sport Physio clinic in her hometown of Vaudreuil-Dorion, she moved to the North Shore and decided to open Action Sport Physio Saint-Eustache/Deux-Montagnes.
Marianne has completed her level 1-2 and level 3 upper quadrant courses in manual therapy from the Association québécoise de physiothérapie manuelle orthopédique. She has also taken several training courses on running, exercise programs and injuries in endurance sports. She looks forward to evaluate your running biomechanics so that you can reach your goals. Furthermore, Marianne recently completed basic training in the assessment and treatment of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) in physiotherapy to treat jaw-related disorders. She is also currently in the process of acquiring her certificate in sports physiotherapy. It must be noted that her experience also allows her to treat all types of injuries, whether they are sports-related or not. She is currently the physiotherapist and sports first responder for the FC Saint-Eustache AAA women soccer teams, the Deux-Montagnes Shamrocks AAA senior team, and the Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes Centurions junior team. She also covers a variety of sports events in the area.
She is passionate about snowboarding and also enjoys running, biking and playing soccer.
Gabrielle Caruana graduated with distinction from McGill University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science ad a Master's degree in 2020. During her studies, Gabrielle had the chance to be a therapist for the McGill men and women’s basketball teams for two years, as well as the McGill women’s rugby team for one year. During this opportunity, she learned to do tapings, and respond quickly on and off the field.
Gabrielle has always been passionate about sports, having played soccer during her studies, as well as figure skating. Her time as a competitive soccer player allowed her to become experienced with the benefits of physiotherapy after an injury which then sparked her passion in this profession. Gabrielle continues to play soccer recreationally, as well as enjoys playing tennis, skating and hiking.
She is currently pursuing her continuing education in manual therapy and is constantly looking to develop her skills. She is passionate about helping her patients and would love to help you get back on your feet!
Arianne graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has always been passionate about the human body, exercise and overall health. Her desire to expand her knowledge in rehabilitation science led her to continue her studies at McGill where she then obtained a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2020.
Throughout her studies, Arianne had the opportunity to diversify her knowledge and skills by working with different clinical populations ranging from orthopedic conditions to cardiovascular and neurological conditions. Her background in Kinesiology as well as her personal experiences in yoga, Pilates, CrossFit and cycling helped her gain in-dept knowledge in personalized exercise prescription. Therefore, her previous educational background complements well the techniques she learned in the context of her Master’s in Physiotherapy making her well suited to treat a variety of conditions.
Arianne is devoted to deliver the best care to her patients by always striving to expand her knowledge. She is currently completing continuing education courses in manual therapy and has plans to learn more about sports and concussion management as well as running and biking rehabilitation. Arianne’s main goal is to optimize her patients’ functional capacity so they can continue participating in activities they love doing! Before completing his master's degree in physiotherapy at University of Sherbrooke in 2022, Félix D. Carrière also completed a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from 2015 to 2018.
These formations gives him the ability to diversify the way in which he approaches the problems of his patients.
He is able to treat a wide variety of issues, including musculoskeletal injuries, vertigo, headaches, BPPVs, etc.
Félix is passionate about sports, particularly golf, having already played at a high level of competition. He also loves tennis and training.
