Paramjit obtained her degree in Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Punjabi University (India), in 2009. She has over 7 years of experience in clinical physiotherapy. Her special areas of interest are orthopaedics and sports injuries. She is also certified in Level 1 Functional Dry Needling .
She has also done certified courses in Mulligan Concept of Mobilization and Basic vestibular rehabilitation.
In free time, she likes to cook and shop.
Vaishali completed her Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2008. She have experienced various streams of Physiotherapy and created her expertise in Paediatrics and Orthopaedics. She have worked at clinics treating children with special needs for more than 3 years and also worked with Orthopaedic patients and elderly.
Vaishali have been working as registered physiotherapist for more than a year and she is focused on helping patients of all ages to relieve pain and improve their functional ability. She loves to challenge herself to see her patients healthy and happy.
She have a 5 year old curious son asking a ton of questions everyday and a loving husband who creates software. Vaishali is passionate about giving back to the society and have also volunteered into Library Programs to support newcomers to Canada. She love dancing in various forms and travelling acts as a stress buster so I hit the road whenever possible.
Simran Bagri has been practicing as Registered Massage Therapist since 2017 after graduating from Vancouver Career College and completing her licensing exams. She has gained experience in treating a wide variety of conditions such as; overuse injuries, musculoskeletal injuries as well as systemic conditions.
She has also worked with many women throughout their pregnancies and also postnatal. Simran believes that every individual is unique and every health goal they come in with deserves a customized treatment plan.
She strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for her patients at all times. In her free time she enjoys going on hikes with her dog and travelling.
Luke graduated from Vancouver Career College of Massage Therapy in 2017. Prior to that, Luke obtained a bachelor in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University in 2010, with a minor in active rehab. During his time at SFU, Luke volunteered at GF Strong Rehab Centre in assisting individuals with spinal cord injuries to participate in cycle training with electrical stimulation. In the recent few years, Luke developed a passion to provide care that is specific and individualized to his clients' need. Luke has experience providing care to clients with physical demanding jobs, undergoing recovery from a motor vehicle accident, or recovering from intense athletic training.
Luke finds joy in helping others by utilizing his tactile sensitivity to zone in on specific areas that need specific attention. To provide precise pressure and maximum therapeutic care, Luke received training for Graston Technique in Fort Lauderdale, USA. In conjunction with use of hot stone, Luke provides an experience that is unique and well received by his patients.Luke utilizes a variety of technique in Swedish, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and myofascial release to provide care that is complete and therapeutic. In addition to providing massage to his clients, Luke is also quite eager to share his knowledge on hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and work place ergonomics to further assist his clients.
Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Janson Lai grew up in Taiwan. He is a second-generation traditional Chinese medical practitioner. He started out watching his father treating people when he was twelve years of age, and has carried the values of those ancient healing practices with him today. Janson obtained his diploma
of Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003 and has been a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist since 2005. While predominantly practicing here in Canada, Janson has continued his education in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States. His treatments have been extremely successful in treating sports injuries, musculo-skeletal and neurological disorders, mental-emotional issues, internal disease and reproductive issues. Janson
firmly believes that optimum health is about balance: balancing one’s life and balancing one’s body. He also believes in the importance of collaboration to achieve optimal health and wellness, including working with other practitioners to develop custom treatment plans.
Janson speaks fluent Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Cantonese.

As a member of the BCAK, I will dedicate my efforts towards promoting an active lifestyle to ensure my clients receive the opportunity to achieve a greater quality of life in the lower mainland.

A Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology, I have over 12 years of experience working in the social service/ social change field. My experience includes working with youth and adults, immigrants and refugees, individuals facing challenges with employment, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, and trauma and abuse. While I work from an eclectic lens, which includes Adlerian Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, A Trauma Centered lens, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, A Feminist lens and Narrative Therapy, I believe in creating a space that is built on the foundations of encouragement, empowerment and autonomy. I firmly believe in the strength and resilience each individual I work with carries
within them. I believe that together, within a supportive therapeutic space, individual challenges can be better understood, resilience can grow, and more effective coping strategies can be built.
