Christa believes in a Holistic Approach to Mental Wellness: supporting the whole person, taking into consideration the mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual states of well-being. 

Sheena is passionate about helping people identify their strengths and gain perspective to work through the challenges that we all face. 

She draws from many approaches to match her clients' needs. These include solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy and family systems theory

Frances believes that counselling can be of great help: to clarify what we truly need, to explore unexamined areas or issues, and to build connections between our mind, body, and emotions. 

The ultimate goal: to gain confidence in our own abilities, so we can take the next steps on our own.

Tammy recognizes that in crisis lies opportunity: “The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the work ‘crisis.’ One brush stroke stands for danger; the other for opportunity” (John F. Kennedy).  

Tammy believes that each person is the expert in their own lives.  Through a strength-based approach Tammy supports individuals to rediscover their power and develop meaningful choices to tackle life’s adversities. 

Steve believes that we can make changes in our lives and grow beyond the experiences of our past. 

He understands individual in the context of their relationships, community, culture and society and understands that our individual experiences occur within the larger context of our reality.
