It was during a 2-year stay in Vietnam that Alexandra discovered acupuncture. She was impressed with the efficiency and simplicity of this therapeutic tool. The energetic aspect of this discipline immediately appealed to her. Since adolescence, she has been very interested in energy, which is called Qi in Chinese medicine, whose holistic approach is very similar to hers. Studying in this field has allowed her to finally put words and concepts together to achieve a global understanding of the energetic movements of the body, but also of life in general. She graduated in 2010 and since then she has been practicing acupuncture in private clinics and rehabilitation clinics. Over the years, she has accumulated a great deal of experience in relieving musculoskeletal discomfort. But above all, what interests her is helping people find a balance in their body and its different systems.
